Once a purchase is made, we do not accept returns for any products purchased from our store. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
If the product you receive has a factory fault, you are eligible to request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product. A factory fault includes defects in materials or workmanship that are not caused by user handling or external factors.
To initiate a replacement request due to a factory fault, please contact our customer support team at info@ingcocenter.com within the 7-day period and provide a detailed description of the fault, along with supporting documentation (such as images or videos of the issue). If the product is confirmed to have a factory fault, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
All products purchased from Ingco Center come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product becomes damaged within the first year due to a manufacturing fault, you are eligible for a repair or replacement, as determined by our customer service team.
Please Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Accidental damage or misuse
External factors such as water, fire, or physical impact
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Wear and tear from normal usage

If your product is damaged within the warranty period and meets the warranty criteria, you may request a warranty claim by following these steps:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant images or videos of the damage.
Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the next steps, which may include returning the product for repair or replacement.
For factory faults or warranty claims, Ingco Center will cover the shipping costs for returning the product and sending a replacement or repaired product back to you.
For all other cases, including accidental damage or customer change of mind, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Items that are clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Items that have been used or opened (unless defective or faulty)
Products purchased outside the 7-day factory fault return period
