1. Warranty Period

All power tools purchased from Ingco Center come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. During this period, your power tool is covered for any manufacturing defects or faults under normal usage conditions.

Handy tools (non-powered tools) are not covered under this warranty and do not qualify for repairs, replacements, or service under this policy.

2. Exchange Policy for Factory Faults (Power Tools Only)

If you discover a factory fault in your power tool, you are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. Factory faults include any issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship that are not caused by improper use, storage, or external damage.

To request an exchange for a power tool:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or warranty card).

  • Our customer service team will verify the issue and assist with the exchange process.

The item must be returned to our warehouse within 2 days of purchase for exchange consideration.

3. Warranty Coverage (Power Tools Only)

The 1-year warranty for power tools covers:

  • Manufacturing defects: If the power tool fails due to a fault in materials or workmanship.

  • Free repairs for faults that occur within the warranty period under normal use.

4. Warranty Exclusions (Handy Tools and Power Tools)

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Handy tools: Non-powered tools, such as manual tools, are not covered by the warranty.

  • Natural wear and tear: Includes items such as carbon brushes, toothed belts, rubber seals, bearings, and similar parts that naturally wear out with use.

  • Mechanical damage: Including cracks, scratches, chips, or damage caused by misuse, overloading, or accidents.

  • Damage caused by external factors: Such as oxidation, rust, exposure to extreme temperatures, or improper storage.

  • Damage caused by third parties: This includes failure to follow the product’s operational guidelines or unauthorized repair attempts.

  • Interchangeable accessories: For example, discs, drills, picks, and other consumables that wear out during use.

  • Failure due to power surges: Damage caused by electrical faults or fluctuations.

  • Product modifications: Any repairs or alterations made by an unlicensed service provider or unauthorized alterations to the product will void the warranty.

5. Non-Warranty Repairs

Certain repairs that fall outside of the warranty may incur charges. These include:

  • Replacement of power cords: In case of damage to the insulation.

  • Preventive maintenance: Including cleaning, relubrication, and replacement of consumable parts (carbon brushes, etc.).

  • Damage due to misuse or overload: Such as overloading the product beyond its specifications, or using it for an unintended purpose.

6. Technical Service

Regular technical service is highly recommended for the maintenance of Ingco Center electric tools and equipment. The periodicity of technical service is aligned with the service life of components such as carbon brushes and other parts.

Service charges may apply for technical services provided at authorized service centers, based on the valid tariffs. If your tool has any issues covered under warranty during such service, the repairs will be completed free of charge as part of the warranty.

7. Warranty Repair Process (Power Tools Only)

To request a warranty repair or claim for a power tool, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@ingcocenter.com within the 1-year warranty period.

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, including images or videos where applicable.

  • Submit proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or warranty card).

  • If the issue is covered by warranty, the Company will arrange for a free repair or replacement depending on the product type and issue.

8. Service Center

Warranty service and repairs are carried out at authorized Ingco Center service centers. Any repairs conducted outside these centers or without authorization will void the warranty.

If a power tool is found to be defective within the first 7 days of purchase, it will be exchanged. If the service center cannot repair the product or provide proper details within 30 working days, the product is subject to replacement.

9. Limitation of Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Handy tools: Manual or non-powered tools.

  • Tools that have been modified or tampered with.

  • Products used for purposes other than those specified in the product manual.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, improper storage, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).

  • Normal wear and tear, power surges, or damage caused by non-compliance with storage and transport guidelines.

10. Conclusion

By purchasing an item from Ingco Center, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the warranty policy outlined above. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in power tools only, and does not cover handy tools or damage due to misuse, external factors, or normal wear and tear.
